Director, Primary Research, Heavy Reading
Kevin has more than 15 yearsí experience in market intelligence focused on technology sectors including mobile telecommunications, consumer electronics, workforce productivity, security, and the Internet of Things. At Heavy Reading, his focus is on designing and executing quantitative and qualitative primary research studies that provide actionable insights on the dynamics of end-user demand across the firmís key areas of market coverage. Key project types include custom research engagements, multi-client studies, tracker products, online information resources, and survey panels. Prior to joining Heavy Reading, Kevin was a research vice president at 451 Research, where he was responsible for the firmís coverage of mobility and customer insight & data strategy. His previous experience includes roles as a research director at Strategy Analytics, vice president and group director at ABI Research, senior account manager at Nielsen, and program manager at IDC. Kevin began his career as a senior features writer at Computerworld. He holds a BA in economics and English from Framingham University and an MS in economics from Northeastern University.
