Online Research Director; Test & Measurement Analyst
Denise leads Heavy Reading's research on Test & Measurement. Her current research focuses on Test & Measurement, with particular focus on its intersection with Customer Experience and Service Assurance. Her key research initiatives view these technologies in relation to automation, digital transformation, 5G, IoT, LTE, virtualization of networks, AI, machine learning and analytics. Denise also manages Heavy Reading's Thought Leadership Council, which uses a focus-group approach to glean insights from CSPs on automation, IoT, 5G, service assurance, SD-WAN and emerging technologies. She also oversees development of Light Reading’s Testapedia and Virtuapedia projects. Her career in technology journalism began in 1996, and she is a winner of the American Business Media Association’s Jesse H. Neal Award for editorial achievement.
